School Psychologist - San Tan Valley, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  
• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and make recommendations for ongoing support.
  
• Support school-wide initiatives to promote positive school climate and student well-being.
  
• Stay current on best practices and research in the field of school psychology.
  

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  
• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist in the state.
  
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
  
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
